When Riccardo Ferrarotti the Chef/Owner of Bottega Mediterranea asked me if I would be available to shoot all the new food items for their new upcoming menu I jumped at the chance. Riccardo is a great friend and a pleasure to work with. Bottega is open six days a week and is always packed, so we had a relatively small window in which to get the shoot done. We both agreed on a Saturday for the shoot. We shot well over 50 dishes throughout the afternoon, and they came at me from the kitchen fast and furious! Super happy to have been involved with this. Hope there is more to come!
